APPLICATION

BURY CABLE triple copper XLPE LSZH cable is intended for fixed 600/1000V distribution where a three-conductor arrangement and halogen free sheath are specified. The range uses copper conductors, XLPE insulation, HFFR outer sheath and polyester tape.

The product illustration shows three individually sheathed conductors. Use the assembly dimensions and the flat or trefoil electrical data to plan protected trays, ducts and other approved routes. Confirm the required arrangement with BURY CABLE when ordering.

KEY FEATURES

  • 14 Class 2 copper sizes from 10 to 500 mm².

  • XLPE insulation, HFFR sheath and polyester tape.

  • Sheath colour combinations: black/red/white or black/red/blue.

  • 90°C maximum operation; 250°C short circuit for 5 seconds.

  • Tables include DC resistance, buried/duct and in-air current data, and nominal capacitance.

SELECTION NOTES

  • Confirm the three-conductor assembly layout, dimensions and termination space before ordering.

  • Use the electrical column for the route: buried/duct at 20°C, or air at 30°C in the stated flat or trefoil formation. Confirm installation correction factors.

  • The 130°C overload figure is a separate short-term condition; request the permitted duration and duty from BURY CABLE.

  • This is an unarmoured product. The additional single-core armoured illustration is a series reference; specify external route protection and the installation bending requirement.

FAQ

Is this a common-sheath multicore cable?

The main illustration shows three individually sheathed conductors. Confirm the required assembly and dimensional drawing with BURY CABLE.

Is it intended for continuous flexing?

The table lists Class 2 copper for fixed installations. For repeated movement, request a cable designed for that duty.

Which current value should I use?

Use the column matching the burial or air condition and cable formation, then confirm the complete installation design.

Are sheath protection options available?

UV, oil, hydrocarbon, rodent and termite protection can be specified as options and confirmed in the supply specification.

What is needed for a quotation?

Send conductor size, circuit arrangement, run lengths, environment, sheath colours, installation method and project standards.
